La ville accueille des centaines de milliers de visiteurs venus de toute la plan\u00e8te,  sur quelques jours, et tous ces visiteurs ont les m\u00eames horaires. C&rsquo;est donc un flux impressionnant de personnes dans une ville qui semble surdimension\u00e9e en dehors des foires. D\u00e8s 19h, le temps de transiter des hall d&rsquo;exposition au centre ville,  les restaurants sont litteralement pris d&rsquo;assaut par des hordes de visiteurs de toutes nationalit\u00e9s. Les serveurs font leur service au lance pierre, gueulant par d\u00e9faut un anglais de chien de garde. Pas la bonne place pour exercer son allemand ! Au niveau nourriture, il y a le meilleur et le pire, toujours \u00e0 un prix d\u00e9lirant. Il y a moyen de bien manger japonnais par exemple, mais c&rsquo;est assez difficile de manger un plat traditionnel allemand correct. Difficile d&rsquo;\u00e9viter le schnitzel tout sec avec trois frites et une feuille de salade.
